2. Custom Project Drawings

Every estimate includes detailed drawings so you can visualize exactly what your patio cover will look like. No guesswork—just clear planning from the start. We’ll ensure your project meets all local codes and HOA requirements, so you stay fully compliant with zero hassle.

3. Manufacturing

Once the quote is accepted, we’ll send the order out to production. Each order is custom-built from our Michigan production facility and typically ships within 4–6 weeks.

4. Professional Installation & Final Walkthrough

Once we take delivery of the material, we’ll get to work. Your patio cover is custom-built and installed with precision—usually within 1-2 days. After installation, we walk you through the finished product to ensure everything meets your expectations.
